Receta Veal Zuricher Geschnitzeltes

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce. thinly sliced veal
- Salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 4 ounce. butter
- 2 ounce. minced onions
- 4 ounce. veal gravy
- 6 ounce. heavy cream
- Paprika to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 ounce. minced parsley
- Oregano to taste
Direcciones
- Season sliced veal with salt and pepper, then flour lightly and fry briefly in butter. Add in onions and mushrooms and saute/fry. Add in white wine. Add in veal gravy and reduce. Pour in cream and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Don't boil the meat in the sauce or possibly it will become tough.
