Receta Vegetable Gelatin Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. (3 ounce.) lemon Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly Miracle Whip
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. diced cucumber
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- Dash of salt
Direcciones
- Dissolve Jello in the boiling water and allow to cold. Add in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill till set.
- Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
