Receta vegetable patties
Delicious as a side dish with any main course.
Ingredientes
- 5 potatoes
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 pkg. scallions
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pkg. parsley
- 4 eggs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 teas. turmeric
- approximately 1/2 cup of flour or matza meal or bread crumbs
Direcciones
- grate potatoes and carrots on a medium to large shredder. do not grate finely. chop onions, scallions and parsley. Mix all together in bowl.Make sure there is no extra liquid in the vegetables. Add rest of ingredients
- Make patties, and fry on both sides, until browned.
