Receta Vicky's Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound lean hamburger
- 1/2 med. onion, minced
- Lawry's season salt, to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil leaf
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. cottage cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger and onion. Add in seasoned salt, tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and bay leaf. Simmer this mix, while noodles cook to tender. Beat egg and add in cottage cheese. Add in to meat mix just before layering with noodles in an 8 x 12 inch pan. Start with noodles, then meat mix. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees. Add in Mozzarella cheese and bake another 15 min.
