- 4 apples, peeled and grated
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 1 sm. can frzn orange juice
- Juice can of water
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1 teaspoon banana flavoring

- Mix all ingredients except apples. Grate apples last and immediately add in to other ingredients to prevent darkening.
