Receta Welsh Beef Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 pound beef stew meat
- 1 c. celery pcs
- 3 med. potatoes, quartered
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounce. can tomato juice
- 1 minced onion
- 6 carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1 tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- In large casserole put stew meat, onion, celery, carrots and potatoes. Mix tapioca, salt, sugar and tomato juice and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover tightly with lid or possibly foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hrs. May omit potatoes and serve over baking pwdr biscuits for a change, using more carrots instead to replace potatoes.
