- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 c. frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 4 teaspoon soy sauce
- Vegetable oil for greasing pan
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs, skinned
Direcciones
- Combine salt, pepper, orange juice concentrate, butter, ginger and soy sauce. Grease 2 (11"x7") baking pans well with vegetable oil. Place chicken in single layer in the pans. Baste well with sauce. Cover and chill overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 60 min, basting with sauce once during cooking. 8 (4 ounce.) servings.
