Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 lrg egg
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 x (8-ounce.) can tomato sauce Combine all ingredients for meat loaf, shape into 8 oval patties. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Spoon off excess grease.
- 1 x (8-ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- Combine all ingredients. Pour over meat loaves. Bake 5 min longer.
