Receta 3 Layer Beef Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 2 can (15 ounce each) tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 pkt spinach noodles
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown beef, drain. Add in onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and basil. Cover and simmer 30 min. Cook pasta. Put meat into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole.
- Layer pasta on top of meat. Then cheddar. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, lowfat milk & lowfat sour cream till smooth. Spread over cheddar.*At this point, you may cover & chill up to 1 day. Bake covered in 350 oven 40 min.*Bake one hour if refrigerated.
