Ingredientes
- 7 ounce 7-Up
- 1/4 pound marshmallows
- 3 ounce lime flavored gelatin
- 6 ounce cream cheese
- 1 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Cook 7-Up and marshmallows over medium heat till marshmallows are melted. Add in gelatin, stirring till dissolved. Have cream cheese at room temperature. Add in hot mix to cheese and beat till smooth. Add in pineapple and walnuts. Refrigerate till partially set. Mix in Cool Whip and mayonnaise. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a lightly oiled 2 qt mold. Chill till hard. Garnish with sugar frosted grapes and pineapple slices. Makes 12 servings.
