Receta Great Summer Party Salad

Ingredientes
- 5 1/2 ounce. pkg. slivered almonds, toasted and salted
- 1 cube butter and salt for nuts
- 2 c. real mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Chinese type soy sauce
- 1 heaping tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. onion juice (or possibly finely grated)
- 1 tbsp. chutney
- 3 c. chicken or possibly turkey, cooked and cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 6 ounce. can water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
- 2 c. seedless grapes
- 15 3/4 ounce. can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry pwdr, onion juice and chutney. Assemble all remaining ingredients except the nuts. Toss all this well in the mayonnaise mix. Place in refrigerator overnight so flavors will blend. Toss with nuts just before serving. Serves 8.
