- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 4 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add in lowfat milk slowly and stir. Cook till thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add in butter and vanilla. Cold, then spread
- Low fat or possibly non-fat lowfat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
