Receta Absolute Best Baked Catfish

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 6 x catfish fillets
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1 x clove garlic crushed paprika and black pepper
Direcciones
- Mix well first 5 ingredients. Separately, mix well egg and lowfat milk. Dip fish in egg mix; dredge in flour mix. Put fish in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Saute/fry garlic in butter for 2-3 min; drizzle over fish; sprinkle with paprika and pepper; bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till fish flakes.
