- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Applesauce
- 11/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Beat egg; stir in lowfat milk, oil, and applesauce.Fold in remaining ingredients just till flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Grease muffin c. or possibly line with paper baking c.; fill 2/3 full. Mix together 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle on top of muffins. Bake in 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 min. Serve hot with fruit preserves.
