Receta Alaska Salmon Nuggets

Ingredientes
- 1 can salmon (1 lb.)
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly other fat, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 x egg, well beaten
- 1/4 lb sharp cheese
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crumbs and mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Cut cheese into 3/8 inch cubes. Insert a cheese cube into the center of each fish ball and reshape. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat, 375 F., 3 to 4 min, or possibly till golden. Garnish and serve warm, plain or possibly with a sauce.
