Receta Alaska Surimi Seafood Quiche

Ingredientes
- 2 x deep-dish pie shells - (9" dia) unbaked
- 1 lb Alaska surimi seafood
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. minced green leeks">onions or possibly leeks
- 8 x Large eggs slightly beaten
- 1 quart half-and-half or possibly lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. sherry if you like Salt to taste Cayenne pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine Surimi, cheese and green onion in bowl; portion half of mix into each of the pie shells. Mix Large eggs, half-and-half, sherry, salt and pepper. Pour half of mix over ingredients in each shell.
- Bake 10 min; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Continue baking 40 to 45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 min before slicing.
- This recipe yields 2 quiches.
