Receta All Canadian Turkey Dressing

Ingredientes
- bread, sourdough, cubed
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
- 1 lrg onion, finely, minced
- 3 stalk celery, finely, minced
- 1 x carrot, diced, small
- 1 lb wild mushroom, minced or possibly 1 pound Oyster mushroom, minced or possibly 1 pound shiitake mushroom, minced or possibly 1 pound portabello mushroom, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger
- 2 can smoked oyster, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 1 c. dry cranberries
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced sage
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced thyme
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 3 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. butternut squash, skin removed, cubed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 200f and bake bread cubes 1 hour.
- Heat butter in large pan.
- Cook squash, onion, celery and carrot 10 min over medium heat.
- Add in mushrooms, ginger and garlic, cook 3 min.
- Add in everything else, including bread, except chicken stock. Stir well, cook 4 min.
- Add in stock 1 c. at a time till absorbed. Bake at 350f for about 45 min.
