  • 4 x potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 x onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. cubed ham salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add in potatoes and cook till tender but still hard, about 5 min.
  3. Drain and set aside to cold.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add in onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, till onions are soft.
  7. Stir in Large eggs, liquid removed potatoes, ham, salt and pepper.
  8. Cook till Large eggs are hard on the bottom, about 5 min.
  9. Top frittata with shredded cheese and place in preheated oven till cheese is melted and Large eggs are completely hard, about 10 min.
