Receta American Frittata

Ingredientes
- 4 x potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 x onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 x Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. cubed ham salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add in potatoes and cook till tender but still hard, about 5 min.
- Drain and set aside to cold.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add in onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, till onions are soft.
- Stir in Large eggs, liquid removed potatoes, ham, salt and pepper.
- Cook till Large eggs are hard on the bottom, about 5 min.
- Top frittata with shredded cheese and place in preheated oven till cheese is melted and Large eggs are completely hard, about 10 min.
