Receta Amish Oatmeal Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x prebaked 9-inch pie shell
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp grated orange rind (optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. uncooked 1-minuite oatmeal
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Set out the pie shell. In a large bowl, beat the Large eggs till frothy. Combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Add in to the beaten Large eggs and blend. Add in the corn syrup, melted butter, orange rind, and vanilla and blend again. Fold in the oatmeal, and pour into the baked pie shell. Bake for 45 min. Let cold completely and serve at room temperature.
