Receta Apple Butter Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. Apple butter
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Combine flour, sugar & cinnamon. Set aside. Combine Large eggs, apple butter, butter & apple juice. Add in to flour mix, blending well. Stir in nuts & raisins. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 min.
- Cold 10 min before removing from pan.
