Receta Apple Coconut Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 c. peeled apples, minced
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Put together oil, large eggs, sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed of mixer for 2 min; add in flour. Beat at low speed till blended. Mix in apples and coconut. Bake in 3 (8 inch) round cake pans for 20 to 25 min or possibly till it springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and cool completely. Ice with cream cheese frosting.
