Ingredients: 2 c. flour sifted; 2 tsp baking soda; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1 1/2 tsp slat; 2 c. sugar; 1 1/2 c. oil; 4 whl Large eggs; 3 tsp vanilla; 1 c. coconut; 1 c. walnuts minced; 2 1/2 c. granny smith apples diced; 1 c. raisins; 12 ounce cream cheese; 1 c. unsalted butter; 2 tsp vanilla; 8 c. powdered sugar sifted

Ingredientes

2 c. flour sifted
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp slat
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 whl Large eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts minced
2 1/2 c. granny smith apples diced
1 c. raisins
12 ounce cream cheese
1 c. unsalted butter
2 tsp vanilla
8 c. powdered sugar sifted

Direcciones

Mix and sift flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Beat oil and sugar together till thick. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Bake in 2 greased and floured and baking parchment paper lined pans, 8" size. Bake in a 350 oven for 50 min. Cold 10 min, remove from pans, and cold. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream cheese and butter. Beat till light; add in vanilla. Gradually add in powdered sugar till spreading consistency.
