Ingredientes
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 cup mayonaise
- a cup parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1 box of wheat thin crackers
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until light brown
- serve with crackers
