Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked brown rice, cool
- 1/2 c. Slivered cooked roast pork
- 1/2 c. Finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. Fresh bean sprouts
- 1/3 c. Sliced green onions
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, onions and egg in large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook, stirring, 3 min over high heat. Add in pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute longer.
