Receta Aunt Margie's Clairmont Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Elbow macaroni
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, sliced
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 lrg Sweet green or possibly red pepper, minced
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounce Grnd turkey breast
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) reduced-fat cream-of-mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Snipped fresh parsley
- 1 ounce Extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Cook the macaroni for 12 min, drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and saute/fry the garlic, onions, green or possibly red peppers and mushrooms till softened. Add in the grnd turkey and stir occasionally till the meat changes color. Combine the macaroni, turkey mix, lowfat milk, soup, pepper and parsley in a 2-qt casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with the cheddar and bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 min.
