- 4 x Avocados - (4 to 5) peeled, minced fine
- 1 sm White onion finely minced
- 1/4 c. Finely-minced cilantro
- 3 sm Serrano chiles finely minced (or possibly 1 small jalapeno chile) Juice of 2 limes Sea salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
