Receta Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredientes
- 8 slc white bread crusts trimmed
- 12 slc bacon cooked, crumbled
- 1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 ounce) liquid removed
- 2 x green onions thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish and line the bottom with half of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle bacon, mushrooms and onions over bread. Top with cheese and cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
- In a medium bowl whisk together lowfat milk, Large eggs, salt and pepper; pour over bread. Cover. Chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake casserole, uncovered, for 1 hour or possibly till golden and set. Let stand 10 min before serving.
