Ingredientes

4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
1/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Cocoa
1 pkt Graham Crackers, grnd fine
24 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 c. Sugar
3 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
2 x Semisweet Chocolate Squares, melted

Direcciones

Combine butter, sugar and cocoa pwdr. Stir in crumbs. Press proportionately over bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 min.
Cold pan and grease sides.
Beat cream cheese till smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time. Blend in Bailey s. Pour about 1/3 mix into a bowl and stir in melted chocolate. Pour half of plain mix into prepared pan. Drizzle with half the chocolate mix. Repeat layers. Make a marbled design by gently swirling batter with a knife. Bake 10 min at 450, then 55 min at 250.
