Receta Baked Chicken Italiano

Ingredientes
- 4 x chicken breast halves -- boneless skinless
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. fine breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 c. marinara sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. minced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning Or possibly 3 tbsp fresh basil or possibly oregano - chopped Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large frying pan. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then in bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over chicken. Top with sliced Mozzarella, then minced tomato. Sprinkle with herbs and a generous shake of Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min. If tomatoes begin to burn, cover loosely with foil.
