  • 6 x Large eggs -- beaten
  • 1 x Green onion -- slice thin
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 slc Bacon, cook -- crumble
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese -- shredded Add in'l bacon for garnish -- Opt

Direcciones

  1. Beat lowfat milk into Large eggs. Stir in seasonings, cheddar, onion and bacon. Heat butter in a 9" frying pan. Pour egg mix into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 for 20 min or possibly till set and golden brown. Garnish with additional bacon, if you like. Serve immediately.
