Receta Baked Filet Of Sole

Ingredientes
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, (4oz)
- 1/2 c. Pecan pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted Salt and pepper
- 5 1/2 lb Sole filets
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Fine bread crumbs Parsley and lemon slices
Direcciones
- Saute/fry mushrooms in melted butter till mushrooms are lightly browned. Stir in minced pecans; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread mix on filets. Roll tightly and skewer with toothpicks. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt. Dip fish in egg mix then roll in bread crumbs. Place in well greased 8" square baking dish. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 20 min or possibly till fish flakes easily. 4-6 serv. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
