Receta Baked Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (16 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg. Prince lasagna
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Prince grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 1 pound Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- Stick of pepperoni, sliced
Direcciones
- Brown meat; drain. Add in garlic, oregano, salt. Simmer 3-5 min. Stir in spaghetti sauce and paste; cook, stirring for 10-15 min. Boil lasagna in salted water; stir with wooden spoon.Put together egg, cottage, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses, parsley and pepper. Blend well. Layer lasagna, then cheese, then spaghetti sauce. Keep layering in 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min till bubbly.
- Let stand 10 min before serving. Sauce is better if you let it simmer slow in slow cooker overnight.
