Ingredientes
- 4 c. Grnd cooked partridge
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Bird or possibly chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 sm Onion chopped
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 c. Soft bread crumbs Sliced tomatoes for serving Parsley for serving
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8-c. pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or possibly till hard and lightly browned. Unmold and serve warm with sliced tomatoes and parsley.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
