  • 1 lb raw shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. butter -- melted
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 clv garlic peeled and crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dry oregano cayenne pepper -- to taste parsley sprigs lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Wash shrimp under running water; drain well on paper towels.
  2. 2. Arrange shrimp in 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs. lemon juice.
  3. 3. In medium bowl, combine butter, bread crumbs, garlic, minced parsley, Parmesan, oregano, and cayenne; mix well.
  4. 4. Bake, uncovered, 15 min; then broil 5 inches from heat, till crumbs are browned-about 3 min.
  5. 5. Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
