Receta Baked Shrimp Oregano

Ingredientes
- 1 lb raw shrimp shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. butter -- melted
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 clv garlic peeled and crushed
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dry oregano cayenne pepper -- to taste parsley sprigs lemon wedges
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Wash shrimp under running water; drain well on paper towels.
- 2. Arrange shrimp in 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs. lemon juice.
- 3. In medium bowl, combine butter, bread crumbs, garlic, minced parsley, Parmesan, oregano, and cayenne; mix well.
- 4. Bake, uncovered, 15 min; then broil 5 inches from heat, till crumbs are browned-about 3 min.
- 5. Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
