Receta Baked tortellini
Baked tortellini is the ultimate comfort food any time of the year!
Ingredientes
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano, crumbled
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250 g fresh tortellini (with cheese or spinach)
- ½ cup coarsely grated mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Add chopped tomatoes and their juice. Mix and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with sugar and reduce heat. Cook for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to manufacturer's directions. Drain and return to the pot. Toss with tomato sauce.
