Receta Banana Supreme Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Banana pulp
- 2 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 c. Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Powdered gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. Cool water
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs and sugar till light; add in salt, nutmeg, lowfat milk and gelatin that has been softened in the cool water and dissolved over a pan of warm water.
- Crush bananas with a silver fork to a fine pulp, stir in lemon juice and add in to mix. Whip cream and add in. Freeze.
- Makes 2 qts.
