Receta Bar B Q Beef Brisket

Ingredientes
- 4 pound fresh boneless beef brisket
- 1 1/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. celery seed
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all sauce ingredients and cook for 20 min. Sprinkle brisket with pepper and Bon Appetit. Add in 2 c. water. Bake in roaster for 4 1/2 hrs at 200 degrees. When done, slice thin and cover with Bar-B-Q sauce and heat 1/2 hour.
