Ingredientes
- 2 lb Halibut
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Cut fish into fillets and place in a single layer in a shallow pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over the fish. Marinate for 30 min, turning the fillets once or possibly twice to be sure they are well coated.
- Grill fish, reserving the sauce to pour over the fillets before serving.
