Receta Beef Stroganoff For 1

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Beef chuck steak or possibly roast
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1/8 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Paprika
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream Minced parsley, sprinkle Warm cooked noodles or possibly rice
Direcciones
- Throw away bone and fat from meat and cut into thin, bite-size strips. Heat 1/2 tb of the butter with the oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add in mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring till golden brown. Lift out and set aside.
- Add in remaining 1/2 tb of butter to pan. Add in beef strips and cook over high heat, turning meat and shaking pan, just till browned. Remove pan from heat, stir in reserved mushroom-onion mix, salt, Worcestershire, paprika, pepper and lowfat sour cream. Return pan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, just till sauce is heated through-don't boil.
- Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
