Ingredientes
- 2 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce.) can cream style corn
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
Direcciones
- Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Add in buttermilk, butter, corn and Large eggs. Mix well. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. Cold slightly before cutting. Makes 12-15 servings.
