Ingredientes
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 1/2 pound grnd veal
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Saute/fry onion in warm oil for 5 min; add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Combine lowfat milk, egg, and 1/4 c. catsup; stir in bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Crumble the meats, add in onion and lowfat milk mix. Mix together till well combined. Shape into loaf. Spread remaining 1/4 c. catsup on top. Bake 1 1/2 hrs. Let stand 10 min before slicing. Makes 12 slices.
