  • 2 lb Top quality lean sirloin
  • 1 lrg Raw potato, peeled & chopped
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 x Onion, peeled, minced
  • 1 x Salt
  • 1 x Butter
  • 1 x Hint of cinnamon or possibly cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Warm pepper (cayenne or possibly red, pepper flakes)

Direcciones

  1. Have butcher grind sirloin three times. Combine meat with remaining ingred ients except butter. Mix well with the fingers. Butter a skillet, fill wit h meat mix. Pot into preheated 500 degree oven 20 min. Run under br oiler to brown top. Serve alone or possibly topped with fried Large eggs or possibly adorned with c hili sauce.
  2. Serves 6.
  3. Note: For alooser texture, omit egg. Improvise se asoning, adding sage or possibly thyme.
