  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a medium bowl mash the banana and add in the All Bran, the lowfat milk, the vanilla and the egg beaters.
  3. In a small bowl mix the Bisquick, the spice and the brown sugar; add in to the wet mix, stir till just combined, don't overmix.
  4. Mix in blueberries.
  5. Spray muffin tin with Pam and fill muffin c..
  6. Makes 12 muffins.
  7. Bake for 20 min.
  8. Remove cooked muffins from the pan and cold before eating.
  9. The muffins are soft when they come out of the oven, but they hard up as they cold. Hope you enjoy them. One point each!
  10. NOTES : Points will vary depending on the fiber content of your All Bran. See below for break down:
  11. Using 1 c. regular All Bran plus 1 c. Kashi 122 cals., 1 g. fat, 3 g. fiber= 2 points per muffin
  12. Using All Bran Extra Fiber (I put in serving size= 1/2 c.= 31 g(guess)= 50 cals, 1 g. fat, 13 g. fiber): 115 cals, 1 g. fat, 5 g. fiber=1 point per muffin (would be 2 pts/muffin if Kashi is included)
  13. NOTES : Here's another recipe which uses Kashi Good Friends cereal. I especially like to make muffins to use up the Kashi at the bottom of the box.
