Receta Black And White Chunk Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter, Softened
- 1/2 c. Shortening, Butter Flavored
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 x Egg
- 1 3/4 c. Pillsbury Best Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 ounce Semisweet Chocolate, Minced
- 4 ounce White Chocolate, Minced
- 1 c. Walnuts Or possibly Pecans, Can Be Omitted

- 1. Heat oven to 375*F. In large bowl, combine sugars, butter and shortening; beat till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla and egg; blend well.
- 2. Add in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolates and nuts.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- 3. Bake 9 to 12 min or possibly till light golden. Cold 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
- 3 dozen cookies
- NOTES : These cookies freeze well. Store them in ziploc bags so you can = easily grab a few at a time for bag lunches and snacks.
