Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Soft shortening
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Blueberries, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Soft butter
Direcciones
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly.
- 2. Stir in lowfat milk.
- 3. Blend in dry ingredients.
- 4. Mix in blueberries.
- 5. Allow batter to stand 15 min.
- 6. Line a 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish with a paper towel. Pour batter into baking dish.
- 7. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients till well blended. Sprinkle topping mix on top of batter.
- 8. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 12 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
