Receta Blueberry Muffins (Betty Crocker)

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Veg. oil
- 3/4 c. Fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, thawed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. Make a well in the center. Combine egg, lowfat milk, and oil. Add in egg mix all at once to flour mix. Add in blueberries and stir just until moistened; batter should be lumpy. Grease muffin c. or possibly line with paper bake c.; fill 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly until golden brown. Remove from pans; serve hot.
- Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
