Receta Blueberry Orange Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bisquick(r) baking mix
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 3 Tbsp. Bisquick baking mix
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. hard margarine or possibly butter
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8x8x2 inch square pan.
- Mix baking mix, orange juice, 1/4 c. sugar, egg and softened margarine in large bowl; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
- Stir in blueberries. Spread in pan.
- Mix 3 Tbsp. baking mix, 3 Tbsp. sugar, hard margarine and orange peel till crumbly. Sprinkle on top of blueberry mix.
- Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 min.
- Serve hot.
