Receta Blueberry Pie In A Cast Iron Pan

Ingredientes
- 1 x 9" prepared pie crust
- 2 pt Blueberries
- 1/2 x Lemon, juice only
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar Lowfat milk

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the blueberries in a (9") cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add in the lemon juice and sugar. Cook till soft, tasting for sweetness. Pour off and reserve any extra juice for use later as a fruit sauce. Roll the pie crust out to be 1" larger than the skillet.
- Place the dough on top of the pan. Press the edges down with the blade of a butter knife. Brush the crust with lowfat milk. Bake till the pastry is golden (20-30 min).
