  1. Boil chicken on top of stove and cold. Cut up in bite-size pcs. Mix lowfat milk, flour, and salt (if you use chicken bouillon, leave out salt) and add in to butter; then add in chicken broth. Cook till creamy and thick.
  2. Beat lemon juice and mayonnaise together and stir into cream sauce. Remove from heat and stir well. Layer: Start with rice, chicken and chestnuts, broccoli. Pour sauce over top and cover with herb seasoned stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Enjoy!
