- 1 lrg Corn chips, large bag
- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 2 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Kidney beans
- 12 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 lrg Lettuce, 1 head
- 2 x Tomatoes, diced
- 1 can Enchilada sauce
- 1 can Black olives, sliced
- 12 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Guacamole
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef with taco seasoning. Place items listed in a vugget fashion in the above order. Each person layers his own salad, starting with corn chips, grnd beef and going down the list. There are other ingredients you may wish to add in.
